SMS Terms of Service: Prosper

The Prosper mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Zumba Sklep ("Prosper," "we," or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions (the "Mobile Terms and Conditions"). We may change or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also change these Mobile Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any such changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By opting in to the Prosper SMS service, you agree to receive periodic SMS messages from or on behalf of Prosper through your mobile carrier at the mobile phone number you provide, even if that number is registered on a national "Do Not Call" list. SMS messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, notifications, and other information (e.g., order updates, account notifications). Promotional messages may include special offers, promotions, and other marketing content (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to enroll in the program to make purchases, and consent is not a condition of purchasing from Prosper. Participation in the program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for using the Service, but you are responsible for any SMS-related fees and costs imposed by your carrier. Message frequency may vary. Message and data charges may apply. Check your plan and contact your carrier for details. You are solely responsible for any SMS-related costs.
You may unsubscribe from the Service at any time. To unsubscribe, send a single "STOP" to Zumba Sklep or click the unsubscribe link (if available) in any SMS message. You will receive a one-time message confirming your unsubscription. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you initiate them. If you have subscribed to other Prosper messaging programs and wish to unsubscribe, you must unsubscribe from each separately in accordance with their respective terms.

We may change the short number or telephone number used for the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that messages you send (including STOP or HELP) to the old number may not be received, and we are not responsible for handling such messages.
The mobile network operators supporting the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile phone number. If you change your number, you will be required to re-enroll in the program with the new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not responsible for any failure, delay, or error in the delivery of information through the Service, or for any action or inaction resulting from your reliance on such information or the Service.
We respect your right to privacy.
